Astorian is creating a holistic marketplace that automates procurement for building repairs and improvements. After growing up homeless, CEO Victor Hunt made it his mission to improve housing quality. This led him into property management, where he acquired immense first-hand experience on the costly and time-consuming process of working with contractors. Astorian automates procurement, saving buildings 80% on procurement time and 20% on costs. The company has facilitated over $6 million in repair transactions in the past six months.

Chord is creating a capital market for alternative home financing. The goal at Chord is to improve and increase household wealth. We do this by providing non-mortgage capital (b.k.a. investments) to consumers to help purchase a home with less debt, less risk and less money upfront. Then pooling these investments to establish a platform for investors to gain efficient exposure to equity ownership in the US housing market. At the same time it gives lenders and real estate agents a tool that expands access to home buying.

DoubleUp ADU-Backed Securities aim to expand affordable rental housing in the cities hit worst by North America's housing crisis. Accessory Dwelling Units, ADUs, are small houses built in people's backyards. They make neighborhoods denser and more environmentally friendly, provide low-cost rental housing, and give homeowners a new income stream. But they're costly, and few financial institutions offer loans to construct them today. By creating a secondary market for these loans, DoubleUp's securities will expand access to credit for more ADUs.

GeoREIT is a patentable REIT analytic terminal that specializes in incorporating built environment features and online influencers with REIT performance. Our value proposition is to provide REIT analysts critical insights which that allows for accurate, immediate building-level REIT research.
