The teams will present to a judging panel behind closed doors in a conference room setup. Each team will have 6 minutes to pitch and 4 minutes to answer questions from the judges. The judges will all have reviewed the teams' presentations in advance to ensure familiarity with the businesses and efficient use of Q&A time. The top teams will advance to the finals, where they will present without Q&A time to a live audience and the finalist judges. The judges will select the winning team immediately following the conclusion of presentations.

Scale - How does the business seek to acquire customers and scale over time?
Competition - How does the business seek to navigate competition?
Financials - Are the financials and business model reasonable?
Solution - How well does the business solve a customer pain point?
Risk - Will the business face any substantial regulatory risks?
Team - How capable is the founding team?
Revenue - Business should be generating revenues of less than $1 million as of December 31, 2015.
Capital - Business should have raised less than $5 million of capital as of December 31, 2015.
Innovators - The current or proposed business aims to solve a problem or address an unmet need in any sector of the broader real estate industry.
