Kunal Lunawat, Chris Lawlor, Marcus Goodwin, Lauren McClellan, Brynne McNulty, Faisal Almogren, and Anthony Stahl established Harvard's first ever real estate venture competition in 2015. REVC was born out of a shared interest among the seven to build something that would highlight the important development in the growing interaction between real estate and technology.

The winner of Harvard REVC 2017 was Lock.in, pitched by Xavier de Gracia. Lock.in is a company that provides new insurance products to small landlords that covers rent in case of tenant default.
