Now Accepting Applications for the Fifth Annual Harvard Real Estate Venture Competition
Lisciotti Development announced as Platinum Sponsor -- Winner will receive $33,000 cash prize

Cambridge, MA, December 10, 2018 – The Real Estate Clubs of Harvard Business School and the Harvard Graduate School of Design are pleased to announce that the Harvard Real Estate Venture Competition (“REVC”) is now accepting applications. Now in its fifth year, the Harvard REVC is an annual competition for students and recent graduates to develop and present business plans representing innovative, technology-based solutions that have the potential to revolutionize the real estate industry. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the final deadline of 11:59PM EST on Friday, February 8, 2019. Ten finalists will be notified on Friday, February 15, 2019. The finalists will be invited to the Harvard Graduate School of Design on Saturday, March 9, 2019 to deliver a presentation highlighting the business concept, market opportunity and growth projections to a panel of judges. The winning entry will receive a $33,000 cash prize and an invitation to attend a VIP dinner following the competition. All finalists will receive complimentary admission to the Harvard Real Estate Weekend conference (March 9-10, 2019).

The Harvard REVC committee is also pleased to announce that Lisciotti Development (“Lisciotti”) has committed to another year of sponsorship at the Platinum Level. This marks Lisciotti’s fourth year of sponsorship of the competition. “We are thrilled to partner again with the Harvard REVC. Since 2015, the Real Estate Clubs of Harvard Business School and the Harvard Graduate School of Design have jointly organized the Harvard REVC to offer students and young entrepreneurs an opportunity to present their ideas for innovative businesses that have the potential to make a substantial impact on the real estate industry. The event welcomes the world’s most promising real estate startups to Harvard University for a pitch competition judged by thought leaders and key influencers in the fields of real estate and venture capital.
